KW Silicon City

We are Jim and Christopher Brady, a father-son team, from KW Silicon City, who got into real estate because, well, we love houses, and we delight in satisfying our client's real estate needs, whether that is selling a home or buying their first, or last, home.

You'll hear a lot of agents who try to attract your business with platitudes like, "We put our clients first," or, "we really know the local market (a.k.a area specialist)," or, "I can negotiate the best deal for you." Frankly we all had better be pretty good at all those things or we won't stay in business long.

So why chose us to buy your next home or to sell your current one?

What do I mean by that?

Many of our buyer clients come to us not knowing specifically what they want or where they want to live. Most of them know how much they can afford, and how long a commute they can stand, and within those limits, they are pretty open. We have had good success in finding homes for our clients and advising them in multiple offer/multiple counter offer situations. In fact, our first sale was a multiple counter situation in Sunnyvale. In searching for our buyer's best opportunity we have shown homes as far north as Lost Altos, as far inland as Livermore, and as far south as Monterey and Carmel. As a retired aerospace systems engineer, Jim is the numbers guy, and he tracks the market across Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties.

If you DO know what you want, then our Dream Home Finder Program is just the thing for you. Armed with your specific needs and wants, we spend our marketing capital to find your next home in the area(s) you desire, whether it's on the market or not. Often times we can find off-market deals that save you from dealing with bidding wars and can better optimize terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.
