In searching for our buyer's best opportunity we have shown homes as far north as Lost Altos, as far inland as Livermore, and as far south as Monterey and Carmel. As a retired aerospace systems engineer, Jim is the numbers guy, and he tracks the market across Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties.
